Personalization Station Los Angeles (PSLA) started as a dream to turn ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Jacqueline and Arturo D. Chavez, our journey began with a deep love for creativity, and making meaningful connections through onsite activations.
Our story started in the events industry, where we saw firsthand how custom touches made celebrations more special. We realized there was a growing demand for onsite personalization—giving guests a unique, interactive experience where they could create something truly their own. What started as a small setup quickly grew into a full-fledged business, specializing in onsite personalization, Bloom Bars, and Merch Carts for private events, corporate activations, and brand experiences.

Many people loved the idea but weren’t familiar with how it worked or the impact it could have on their events.
Another challenge was logistics and scalability. Bringing onsite personalization, Bloom Bars, and Merch Carts to various events meant we had to perfect our setup, streamline production, and ensure a seamless guest experience—while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship under fast-paced conditions. Investing in state-of-the-art equipment and refining our process was key to overcoming this.
Despite the obstacles, we wouldn’t change a thing. Every struggle has led to growth, stronger relationships, and a better understanding of our craft. Today, we’re proud to see PSLA thriving, bringing unique experiences to more clients, and continuing to evolve in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and exciting.
