Hi Mo, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Burger Boss was created with one goal in mind – to bring back the great American burger that was lost in fast food.
Our health was compromised when burger chains decided that quantity and profit were more important than quality.
We pride ourselves on serving a healthier burger featuring grass fed beef and naturally raised proteins.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Our primary mission has always been to provide the best made-to-order burgers and fries.
Educating consumers about the benefits of grass fed beef was a bit harder than we originally thought.
But that always changed after eating our burgers and realizing they didn’t have to sacrifice their health or their tastebuds.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Burger Boss first opened its doors in 2011 at our first restaurant in Riverside, California. We rapidly expanded through Orange County and are proud to say that more restaurants are in progress of opening throughout Southern California.
We’ve been well received in our newest West Hollywood location and look forward to bringing a healthier burger to all of LA.
