Meet Zoey Taylor of The Warren in West Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zoey Taylor.

Zoey, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started tattooing 16 years ago, in my living room. I’ve been tattooing in the Hollywood area ever since. I started working at Prix on Sunset in 2004 0r 2005, left to start my own private studio, and came back in 2016 to buy the studio where I had spent so many years, and turned it into The Warren.

Has it been a smooth road?
Leaving the security of Prix to start my own private studio was a huge leap of faith in myself. But it was a good move and I became successful quickly. It was an even bigger leap of faith to come back and buy such a large studio and run it, initially, on my own.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Warren – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The Warren is unique in it’s vibe, decor, an attitude. We’re often told the it’s more like hanging out in your friend’s home, than like being in a tattoo shop. Plus we have a high caliber of work to back up our pretty look!

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
LA was the place I always wanted to move to, even as a kid. I never had acting or movie aspirations, but I knew that this was the place where dreams come true. And I was right!
