Our e4Hats Table Tennis Club first opened in summer 2014. Table Tennis is one of Olympics’ Summer Sports, but most people don’t really have a chance to overlook this sport. Table tennis is beneficial in so many ways such as improving coordination and balance, developing mental acuity, burning calories, and keeping your brain sharp. So, we wanted to introduce more people to table tennis by opening a ping pong community in Fullerton. Since table tennis equipment is relatively simple and inexpensive, young and old people can enjoy this sport as a hobby or to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our goal was to provide a clean and friendly table tennis facility for anyone to come and enjoy playing.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Our e4Hats Table Tennis club currently holds a majority of Asian members in their late 40s to 60s since this sport is popular in Asia, particularly in China, Japan, and Korea. We are trying to gather a diverse group of people participate in our table tennis community through advertisements and by word of mouth. Also, we launched a table tennis summer camp/after school program for students to provide a chance for the younger generation to be part of our table tennis club. This summer program turned out to be a huge success for students who were occupied by learning and staying healthy during the summer.

For almost 15 years, e4Hats.com has known for being a worldwide supplier of hats, caps, and accessories. Now, we have entered the world of table tennis. We, e4Hats Table Tennis Club, are the newest premier USATT affiliated table tennis club and our facility is 7000 sq. ft. space located in Fullerton, CA. We are open weekday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM and as well as Saturdays 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Our club has daily and monthly membership services. The club features 11 top of the line Butterfly tables with 1 table tennis robot and world class coaches available for both private and group lessons. Our club is perfect for those at any skill level. Our Table Tennis club has been a welcome addition to the Fullerton community.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If we were to open our e4Hats Table Tennis Club differently again, we would have expanded our facility in size to allow for more available tables and coaches. Also, we would have started more local and national tournaments earlier to provide a chance for table tennis players and fans from different places to come together and enjoy.
