Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesse Eidsness and Marysia Miernowska.
Wild Love Apothecary was created in the early bloom of summer 2018. This herbal pharmacy & magick shop was birthed by Marysia Miernowska, director of The Gaia School of Healing & Earth Education CA, and Jesse Eidsness. The mission is to bring back the old fashioned apothecary and to bring back the herbal witch, healer, and Earth based medicine person back to the center of the village. And so, this magickal gem of a shop is a healing space for folks to come speak to a certified herbalist, to connect to the plants that nourish and heal.
Jesse had a dream of creating a space to encourage people to find and enhance their own path to wellness, and champion highly curated medicine makers and artisans. Marysia is passionate about bringing sustainable Earth medicine to people, making is accessible and community based. The two connected at The Gaia School and along with the support, energy and work of many hands in the Gaia family, the apothecary began to blossom and bloom into being. So many incredible gifts are shared- From herbal palm readings, to classes and workshop, consultations, and more.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Some of the challenges of opening a shop are the initial costs which are always greater than expected! Marysia and Jesse used their savings. All of the energy put into this creation has been years in the making! Not only financially, but creatively too. The wild Love Apothecary formulations are recipes that master herbalist Marysia Miernowska has been crafting and using for healing after years of working with plants and people. It is exciting to be able to put so much love and work into this project that is already serving so many people! And we continue to be in listening around how to best serve the vision and mission of the Apothecary. We may look for the right investor soon to help us continue to grow, expand, serve, blossom and bloom!

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Haha! I love this question! It is so great because it inspires a greater conversation around what is luck, how do we ride the currents of creative flow, and what is magick. From my perspective, luck assumes a certain amount of coincidence that just happens to really work in our favor. And Magick, brings in the power of intention, rightful action, and focused will. Everything about Wild love apothecary has flown From Magick and with Magick. Because of our heart alignment, deep values of earth regeneration, Practices of self-reflection and humility, focused will and inspired vision, we do feel very lucky and incredibly grateful for all of the magic that has transpired at the apothecary, and that has touched already so many lives of so many people.
