Today we’d like to introduce you to Sim.

Sim, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I became a Reiki Master Teacher back in 2003, in Europe. I have been healing people and animals for 14 years. I have always loved inspiring and helping others, so this goal helped and guided me to where I’m at today.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s been a smooth road because I’ve always been very spiritual, and aware of the energy surrounding me. So, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher felt very natural for me. And, I love that I can share my healing energy with others.

Reiki West Los Angeles – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
It’s a Reiki business so I would like to start with a brief introduction to Reiki.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art, with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”.

It is a form of therapy that uses visualization techniques, with the goal of
improving the flow of life energy in a person. This universal energy flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners and Master Teachers understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy, and use it to strengthen energy, in themselves and others.

A Reiki session can help with anything. It helps ease tension, stress and helps support the body, to facilitate an environment, for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. Looking at wellness holistically, the body, mind and emotions are inter-connected. Drawing on my background as a Reiki Master Teacher, I customize my clients’ experience, to help them to achieve the results that are most important to them. I’m here to help my clients. The results and the connection created, are the most important!

I specialize in Reiki healing sessions, chakra clearing, and attunements. The reiki energy builds up each time you have a treatment, which is why it is recommended to have sessions once a week, to most effectively activate the self-healing process. Most people notice a difference after the first reiki treatment, and the benefits grow with repeated sessions.
