Meet David Passman of The Passman Group in Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to David Passman.

David, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I grew up in Los Angeles, and have been fascinated with real estate for as long as I can remember. I started as a real estate salesperson with a small firm, but within a few years went on to get a broker’s license and start my own firm. I love making deals happen, particularly with creative solutions to difficult circumstances.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No road is smooth; the challenges are to build our business while maintaining the highest quality of service. In the current market, it is difficult to find properties for our clients, so we create many off-market opportunities (such as the sale of Grand Central Market, as noted below).

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Passman Group – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The Passman Group began in 2012. We are a real estate brokerage and consulting firm, providing sales, leasing and consulting. Our transactions include selling the iconic Grand Central Market, the sale of several buildings in Beverly Hills, and leasing the historic Eastern Columbia building. Because we are a boutique firm, we offer nimble, highly personalized service to each of our clients.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We will continue to grow by delivering first class service to our select clients, many of whom have been with us for many years. Our goal is not to be the biggest, just the highest quality.
