Meet Natalie Puglisi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Puglisi.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was working for a small law firm when I first started out as an attorney. I really considered them to be family to me. Then one day, the two partners came to me and told me that they wanted to prepare for retirement so myself and the only other associate were left to find other jobs.

I decided to start my own law firm, although pretty reluctantly. I had always considered myself to be a 9-to-5er so I was super uncomfortable going out on my own. I was even applying to other jobs while I was building out my business.

I learned all the ins and outs of building a small business from a legal side. I researched, I wrote all my own contracts and really made sure I was dotting my Is and crossing my Ts.

Around the same time that I started my firm, I met my husband who is a serial entrepreneur. He really helped to guide and direct me in my business.

Because he’s started companies so many times, so many family and friends would take us out to dinner to “pick our brains”… he counseled them on growing their business ideas and I helped them figure out what they legally needed. It’s from this place where I took my business online.

My vision behind my business is to bring the power of legal to other female entrepreneurs. I want to empower other entrepreneurs with the knowledge of legal so they can go out and confidently share their gifts with the world!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Figuring out how to be an attorney in the online space has had its challenges for sure, but it’s been a fun ride and I’ve met so many amazing women along the way!

Alright – so let’s talk business. What else should we know about you and your career so far?
I’m a small business attorney who specializes in online compliance, contracts, intellectual property protection and setting up business entities such as LLCs.

I consider myself to share the knowledge of legal with my clients in a way that’s super easy to understand. I don’t like to just tell my clients what they need, but it’s also important that they understand why they need it and how it’s going to protect their businesses.

I also call myself the most woo-woo attorney that you’ll ever meet. I have so many clients who are manifestation coaches and intuitive and I’m on my own spiritual journey so I love connecting with other boss babes in this way.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I’m not sure if luck has played a role per se, but the Universe has certainly guided me along the way. My intuition has guided me to coaches and partnerships that have helped me out tremendously.
