Today we’d like to introduce you to Almond Brewer III.

Please kick things off for us with some background on the story.
Life is a journey and, as you walk your path, you Learn Everything, Accept Greatness & Unite Everyone to Build. L.E.A.G.U.E. B brings enlightenment to this generation and generations to come.

L.E.A.G.U.E. B was created by 30 year old Southern California native Almond Brewer Using his Inland Empire roots “The IE” as his inspiration. L.E.A.G.U.E. B brings style and streetwear back to the people. It enlightens, motivates and encourages people to believe that anything is possible.

Traveling the world playing basketball professionally one country at a time has shown me the importance of LEARNING; Learning about people, about different cultures and about myself. I believe that every person on earth is here to do something great and that we must ACCEPT our GREATNESS as it comes. Lastly, with knowledge comes power. We have the power to UNITE; unite the world and unite people to BUILD. L.E.A.G.U.E. B isn’t just a brand, it’s a mindset. L.E.A.G.U.E. B is a lifestyle that will change the WORLD!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Since becoming a brand it has had its up and its downs, but with having a competitive spirit naturally, the challenge of becoming a brand and making something out of nothing has always driven me to go harder. From importing clothing from China and Pakistan to handpicking orders in a garment district locally. It’s the creative process and the steps taken in order to get the final result, Its process of it all is what keeps me going. The continuous support we’ve received since the start of our brand is what makes this path worth walking.

Please tell us about LEAGUE B LLC.
Officially launching in January 2019 Learning Everything • Accepting Greatness • Uniting Everyone to Build. We consider ourselves at League B an “Inspirational Fashion Brand” Our message to the world is what sets us apart. To know our message and really understand what League B means makes you want to really go out and do it! It started as just a saying/slogan between myself and a few friends back in 2010. As we had our gym sessions with Professional Skills Trainer Clifton Baker, sometimes it would just be us and childhood friend Bennett Shaw, who is now a shoe creator for Nike. As motivation, but also more humor we would say, let’s be “League Bound”. Mind you some of our friends were doctors, lawyers, trainers, barbers, law enforcement and yes some basketball players to. So it was never really about basketball, more so about reaching the highest potential YOU could reach for whatever dreams and admirations you had. It was really just a everyday lifestyle for us that we enjoyed doing Learning Everything, Accepting Greatness, Uniting Everyone to Build.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memories are my AAU Travel basketball days. I’ve been blessed and fortunate enough to play alongside some, in my opinion special basketball players of my generation. Jrue Holiday, Justin Holiday, Eric Wise, Brandon Jennings, Kevin Love, Carlon Brown and Clay Thompson just to name a few. Just the comrade of it all, pizza parties, sleepovers at teammate’s houses to chartered road trips and flying all across the United States for the love for the game. It all shaped not only myself but my brand years later. Just to have had the pleasure and experiences growing up is what created League B!
