Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenn Feldman.
Jenn Feldman’s talent was considered more than just a “knack for design” when Nate Berkus knocked on her door in 2007. Her sophisticated and unique aesthetic led her to be chosen by Berkus as a winner of Oprah Winfrey’s first-ever design contest. Jenn went on to appear on the Oprah Winfrey show and her design work was published in O at Home Magazine. This recognition led to the launch of Jenn Feldman Designs, fulfilling her lifelong passion to work creatively and express her artistic talents within the interior design platform.
With an extensive background in art and working a beauty and fashion publicist for 15 years, living in London and New York, Jenn developed her ability to work with people, translating each person’s “story” into a living design concept. Now as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers with clients across the country, Jenn brings that same artistry and gift for storytelling into each and every space she designs. Inspired by travel, art, fashion and film, Jenn balances both visual and textural imprints that layer together to create bespoke interiors for her clients. Jenn resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Never! We live by the motto anything you do is everything you do … it’s all about the details, and sometimes you just don’t have a smooth road pulling it all together. Those mistakes make you grow and appreciate all the good things you can accomplish. And missteps turn into the perfect platform to grow and spread your wings. Harder than the mistakes is how to rise up and handle it all with grace. That’s when you know you have really accomplished something!

Jenn Feldman Designs is a Los Angeles-based, full-service, interior design studio committed to creating sophisticated, timeless, bespoke interiors by bringing an unparalleled level of detail, service and aesthetic integrity to each and every project.
From the onset of the creative process through the final touches of our seamless installations, JFD is dedicated to our clients throughout the entire scope of the project, large or small. The great pride we take in our team’s passion for design is one of the main ingredients to our firm’s success. We believe that when you love what you do, it shows. And we, at JFD, really, really love what we do.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood is spending my summers with my grandparents in Cleveland, Ohio. Weekends together, lunches by my grandmother’s pool, going to museums and traveling together. It truly shaped who I became as an adult.
