Meet Sarah Renee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Renee.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Sarah. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’ve had an ability to connect with the other side along with empath and other intuitive abilities for my entire life. Growing up, my abilities terrified me and were often overwhelming. Like most kids, I started to disconnect from the majority of my gifts as I got older, but even as a teenage I would get strong feelings that were always right on, I would pick up on other people’s energy extremely easily, and suffered from anxiety due to these sensitivities. I spent years attempting to tune out my gifts entirely through drugs and alcohol. When I was 18, I was referred to a medium and astrologer, who was the first person that told me I was a medium, and helped me understand this side of me. Up until that point I just thought I was a bit crazy! Through my early twenties, I still struggled on whether or not I wanted to embrace this part of me or if I wanted to disconnect from it altogether. Then I ended up moving from Tempe, Arizona to San Diego and going through yoga teacher training. That experience really helped me to heal a lot of fears, and deepen my spiritual connection. I ended up teaching yoga and doing energy healing work on my clients, during which Spirit began to come through. When I learned how to bring through messages and not feel drained or afraid, I realized how fulfilling it was and saw how powerful readings were for people, so I began to shift into doing one on one and group readings. This grew into leading healing workshops and meditations, as well as teaching intuition courses, writing articles, and contributing to books. Now I have clients all over the world, and I am blessed to do this work as my full-time career. I’ve helped out on homicide cases, and helped people heal severe trauma. I feel deeply rewarded every single day, and am just so happy I decided to finally honor, and master, my gifts so that I can help so many people. I currently live in San Diego, but am in Malibu often seeing clients and friends. Increasing my spiritual connection has become a key part of my personal life as well. I pray and meditate daily, I no longer drink any alcohol or use drugs, and I always follow my intuition. The support of my own Guides, and what I refer to as my Spirit Team, has helped me heal from my own traumas and old wounds, and build a life where I can truly be myself. I just feel beyond grateful every single day.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve definitely had challenges over the years! One of my biggest challenges was learning how to handle my intuitive gifts and still function out in the real world. I pick up on everyone’s energy, so when I was younger I was very easily influenced. I’ve dealt with anxiety, depression, and addiction as well. What I’ve found is that my spiritual connection is ultimately the cure for all of that, and I now follow routines that allow me to feel centered, calm, and clear. I also have not drunk in about five years, and no longer smoke cigarettes, and I haven’t used drugs since high school. Something that really helps me is the mantra “Please send all energy that’s not mine back to its originator with love and compassion.” I say this several times a day to clear my energy. I also pray and meditate daily, and have done a lot of self-healing work to heal and clear out old traumas, emotional wounds, and unhealthy thought patterns. Of course, as pretty much every entrepreneur does, I deal with occasional self-doubt and fear. I always follow my intuition though, and that has gotten me through a lot of risky decisions, and has never let me down. Taking quiet time on a daily basis to pray, meditate, and reflect gives me a strong sense of my center so that I can easily tell if I’m making decisions from my true self or if I’m being influenced by other people’s energy. Physical exercise has also been key for me. It not only helps to release endorphins, but it helps me process and maintain high levels of energy that I need to do readings daily. I also tend to get brilliant ideas when I’m working out, so that’s a big bonus! Ultimately, I view all the challenges I’ve faced as opportunities that have taught me what tools really work for me, and that have allowed me to turn around and help others going through similar circumstances.

Heal With Sarah Renee – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I am a psychic medium, ordained minister, and spiritual coach. I help bring people closure, clarity, comfort, and peace of mind by bringing through messages from their loved ones who have passed away, as well as their Angels and Guides. I also do spiritual coaching where I work with people on a weekly or monthly basis to heal from old patterns and traumas, and transform their life into a life that’s aligned with their true self. I am so deeply proud that I’ve been able to help so many people, and that distance isn’t an issue, so I literally serve clients all through the United States, as well as in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico. I get emails every single day of people sharing what breakthroughs and healing they’ve had due to working with me, I have amazing yelp reviews, and most of my business comes from referrals, which is the biggest honor in the world to me! I am definitely different than most psychics because I connect with a higher consciousness, vs just reading cards or “seeing into the future”.

My guides give homework and tips that are practical and can help anyone make positive changes in their lives. I have also been able to bring Spirit through so accurately for people, I’ve been told I’m one of the best mediums in the country right now, which just blows me away! I also have been through a lot personally, which I think gives me a strong sense of compassion and empathy for others. I have heard all sorts of stories, and experienced all sorts of clients, I never hold any judgement, and I really help people to heal from any shame they may be carrying. I am also contributing to an entrepreneurship book later this fall, I teach intuition courses online, and I’m leading workshops in southern California. So I feel I’m different because I am sharing these messages on bigger platforms in ways that really help inspire people to connect with their own intuition, heal themselves, and reclaim their power. I love to see people create a life that’s in alignment with their truth vs. the life they think they “should” be living.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I think my proudest moment in my career so far was a couple months ago when I realized I’ve been doing this work as my full-time career for two years, and I’ve built a consistent, fulfilling business that’s changing lives. I was reading through my yelp reviews, and emails/cards from clients, and it just makes me so proud that I’ve already accomplished helping so many people, and I’m just getting started! Every day I say if I can help one person today, if I can make a difference in someone’s life, or make someone feel loved, then I’ve done my job for the day, so to see that add up to the thousands of people I’ve been able to impact is overwhelming- in a really good way! I have also been able to assist in a couple homicide cases, and being able to see justice be served, and know I played a part in that process is extremely rewarding!
