Meet Haldane Morris of Haldane Morris Photography

Today we’d like to introduce you to Haldane Morris.

Haldane, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I am a Los Angeles native. I have been involved with photography for over 20 years whether it’s in front or behind the camera.

In my early years, I raced on the U.S. National Cycling Team grabbing a silver medal at the US Olympic Trials. After retirement, I started modeling, and studied acting. I had the opportunity to work with legendary fashion photographers such as Bruce Weber and Mario Testino. Working with these two giants gave me a huge advantage to simply make people look and feel the best they can be in front of the camera, which is invaluable.

One of my greatest assets is my ability to connect with people, and make them laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera. My passion for photography includes a fun and keen eye for what the client needs.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, exercising, watching movies, plays and eating food.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
HA!!! It’s one big struggle yet I love it!!
