Meet Charles Schuling of 230 Dudes: The Podcast in Pasadena

Today we’d like to introduce you to Charles Schuling.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Charles. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In my late 20s, I decided to dip my toes in a different pool and go back to night school for Radio Broadcasting. There, I met Antonio Harrison, and we began meeting to discuss the possibility of producing a podcast together. After six months of planning and practice, we launched 230 Dudes. Over three years later, we are still going strong and growing our fan base.

Has it been a smooth road?
My co-host and I are both behind the curve when it comes to technology and social media. That has by far been our biggest hurdle. That said, it is also very satisfying to learn about and overcome obstacles like that.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with 230 Dudes: The Podcast – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We pick a different topic each week. We thoroughly research and digest the information and the structure and record a fun, entertaining podcast for our listeners.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Best: the culture. Los Angeles is a melting pot of people, backgrounds, art, etc.
Least: Traffic. Seriously. I’m from Iowa originally. I’ve lived in LA for 12 years, but I never get used to the traffic.
