Meet Andy Seo of AndySeo Studio

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andy Seo.

Andy, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
It all started with a need of a part time job when I was in college. I was lucky enough to find a place at a local studio as an assistant.

Although I started with the most tedious and boring tasks, it all later turned out to be a start of a life-long career; it was one of those meant-to-be moments in my life that I had to have my hands on camera. It has been 20 years ever since I started as a photographer and it is still an on-going journey. Never in the past 20 years have I thought about quitting and it still gives me thrills and excitements when I have my hands on my camera.

Has it been a smooth road?
I am blessed to say that I had a comparably smooth road!

We’d love to hear more about your business.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Los Angeles being arguably the biggest and well known city around the world, it is filled with unique and variety styles. I can find France, Europe, or Mexico just by looking at LA buildings’ architects. Good thing about using a camera is I can adjust the view of the lens which controls what I want to picture. If I wanted to capture France, I can do so by playing with the eyes of the camera.
