Today we’d like to introduce you to Hardy Vibert.
Hardy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I first moved to California to pursue a degree in Computer Science and get a fresh start, with no intention of getting into the nightlife business. However, I wanted to network and meet new people, so I started going out and exploring what the nightlife in Hollywood had to offer, Eventually, I was able to get my first job hosting at a nightclub without any experience.
Since then, I’ve started my own hospitality company, PHH Hospitality Group, which brings A-list clients to clubs through my keen eye for the hottest nightclubs and strong ability to promote the right events to the right people.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was all about getting new clients and providing them with the newest restaurants and clubs Hollywood offers in my early days. From 2016-2019, I started scaling the business, hiring team members, and expanding to other cities across America, like Vegas and Miami.
The biggest struggle was COVID as businesses were closed from 2020-2021, but now that things are open again, PHH Hospitality has hit the ground running and is excited to continue growing relationships with clients in Hollywood.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’ve built PHH Hospitality Group to be set apart from other hospitality companies in Beverly Hills/Hollywood. The type of venues we always host are always upscale, just like the brand-new restaurant Warwick has created in Beverly Hills, Called The Hideaway.
Having hosted there for over 7 years now, I know it’s one of the leading nightclubs in Hollywood, hosting high-end clients and bringing in an A-list crowd. Also, We Are excited to see that Warwick is now opening a new Beverly Hills restaurant, The Hideaway, and how it will benefit and grow its clientele in the future.
What does success mean to you?
For me, success is defined as financial stability and control over your time, workload, and income. It means being able to sustainably earn the income you want without working more than you want. By working with long-standing clients like Warwick, I’ve been able to scale my business while building solid relationships with those they work with.
Warwick has been so successful throughout the years that they were able to open an upscale restaurant in Beverly Hills called The Hideaway. This will give their clients even more options for fine dining. My company and I are very excited that Warwick is expanding Into Beverly hills, and we can’t wait to keep working with them as they increase their offerings to the A-list crowds we bring.
