Inspiring Conversations with Tiffani and David Bryant Jr. of Brync

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffani and David Bryant Jr.

Hi Tiffani and David, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My brother and I, Co-founder David Bryant Jr., officially started Brync last year during the pandemic; however, our journey with Brync was in the making for several years. The idea came as a result of several “idea bounces” between two siblings that were actively looking into going into business with each other. One day a light bulb went off and we came up with the idea to create a fashion accessories brand and the idea stuck, which is fitting due to my love of art and unique jewelry and David’s love of beaded jewelry. We ventured to create a brand and unique product line that would not only look good when worn but would also stand for something: strength, determination, and resilience. All of which were necessary to make it to where we are today. We are a product of Toledo, Ohio, where the need and desire to be successful were infused within each of us at early ages by our parents and older sibling.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not been smooth –at all. Aside from starting a business during a pandemic, the biggest challenge of all was developing and securing our supply chain for products and packaging. We wanted to find great suppliers that produced high-quality products. This required a lot of research. Quality is key at Brync, not mediocrity. Another challenge is brand awareness and marketing. Building and having a brand name that people can trust and support is the goal of every successful company.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Brync offers custom and handmade men and women fashion accessories that are bold, intentional, and relevant. Currently, we offer unisex beaded bracelets and necklaces, with additional product lines to follow. We are known for providing reasonably priced high-quality bracelets that can be worn in multiple settings including casually, in business settings, and with formal attire. We consistently release new designs and all of our bracelets are designed and handcrafted right here in Los Angeles.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
With Brync being a family-based company, our happiness comes from being able to spend time with people we love and care about. Additionally, we are excited when our customers share their joy and excitement over our creations, whether they were able to enjoy their items –or their gift recipient.

Pricing:

  • Most bracelets are priced between $39 and $65
