Hidden Gems: Meet Tiffany Harris of Harris Hawkins & Co.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Harris.

Hi Tiffany, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I began my career in Property Management and initially got into real estate for my own personal investments. A high school friend was taking a job overseas and referred her clients to me and after that, it all was history. I’ve assisted over 100 individuals in reaching their real estate goals. Obtained my Brokers License in June 2020 and simultaneously opened Harris Hawkins & Co. with my business partner, Brandi Hawkins.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I am very much a planner and strategic in my decisions, so there haven’t been many struggles at all.

As you know, we’re big fans of Harris Hawkins & Co. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Harris Hawkins & Co. is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Baltimore, MD. It is owned by Tiffany Harris & Brandi Hawkins and there are currently 22 licensed real estate agents affiliated. Our business model stands on collaboration over competition. We pride ourselves in providing an inclusive and support-driven atmosphere. We want to offer real estate agents what we didn’t have in the beginning of our careers.

How do you think about happiness?
Assisting others to achieve success makes me happy because I genuinely want to see people do well.
