Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I created my workout method a sixty years old woman with multiple health issues. The studio is designed with mirrors on the ceiling, and it is all done on the floor.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No! Besides COVID? It’s the beginning of building; it takes a while and few bumps to get there.

It’s a fitness studio with hands-on corrections. It’s all about form and technique. It heals old injuries while fixing your posture. It is a workout method you can do for the rest of your life.
