Today we’d like to introduce you to Browniesha Blackman.
Hi Browniesha, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story started off with me first wanting to change myself. I know I am a born leader. So, I had to start this thing out and others would follow. Back in 2018, I launched my business TransformUrLyfe Coaching & Consulting LLC. I wanted to work closely with people and help them get unstuck and push them from one place to the next. I wanted to motivate them and encourage them that they can do whatever they put their minds to. I’ve been doing this for the past 5 years and so many lives has-been by my coaching, writing, and inspiration.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road for me. Being an entrepreneur can be challenging. Life doesn’t stop because you find the thing you love to do. I’ve had to deal with life challenges while showing up in my business, inspiring others, and transforming myself.
We all experienced the pandemic. That was a big challenge. But I made it!! We made it!!
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
It’s so much I can say. Over the past five years, I’ve built my business not only as a coach but I created my own apparel line. I took it a step further and did the same for my children. In 2021, I published three books and in 2022 I published my 4th book. I am 4x International Best Selling Author. Also, I launched my first coloring book geared towards Mental Health Awareness. I built a platform for men and women to talk about their struggles with their Mental Health.
I am a Transformation Coach. I specialize in personal development, healing, and problem-solving. Also, I’m what you a Purpose Pusher.
What sets me apart from other businesses is ME. I know I will be wealthy one day. That’s not what drives me but seeing the lives change around me is what is meaningful in my business.
My most proud moments are the books I’ve published and seeing the people I’ve worked with now helping others. That’s what it’s all about.
I want people to know that once they connect with me, their lives will never be the same. I will push them into their God-given talent. My services are life-changing. I know my business is coaching goal-driven people ready to step out in do whatever they have been purposed to do.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe that good luck and bad luck all have a purpose. There is a lesson in them both. My good luck has pushed me. My bad luck has taught me. That’s how I’ve grown in business and still standing.
