Today we’d like to reaquaint you to Helen Vonderheide.
Hi Helen, thanks for joining us again today. We’d love for you to start by reacquainting us with yourself.
It is a pleasure to be with you again. My name is Helen Vonderheide, I’m an Akashic Records practitioner and educator. Since my last piece there has been tremendous growth in my Akashic Records practice. I started working in the Records in the fall of 2014, and I became a certified teacher in 2015 through Dr. Linda Howe’s lineage. Looking back, I always knew my practice would expand but didn’t know when or how that would unfold. I now see this expansion has been happening all along.
There are so many parts to my journey; my initial entry point into the Akashic Records, previous Akashic training, starting the Akashic Community; Just Bee True 2 You, working with countless clients, students, and collaborators over the years, and my own personal development, growth, and education. What I found most valuable during this journey was simply listening. I listened so intently without even realizing what I was doing. When I was challenged to take action in a way that didn’t feel authenticly aligned, my inner voice would remind me to “listen.” And so, listening is what I did.
What emerged while listening is beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. I received the clarity to begin my personal journey as an Akashic Records teacher and to teach others to develop their own invocation to access the Akashic Records and/or beyond. In the beginning, I held space to honor each person’s truth and authorship, and the creativity flowed. Bearing witness to this process was beyond gratifying. I would find myself saying if I left this earth tomorrow, I would leave so fulfilled and rich from the pure pleasure of affirming someone’s inner knowing. Then the creativity just kept pouring. I witnessed leaders emerge, people with the agency to lead their own lives. They were accessing an unconscious potential so deep inside of them, one they knew all along. As I listened, I could truly see the unknown potential within them come to life.
This journey is nowhere close to complete. In order for me to teach and guide others to their authentically aligned human and soul self, I recognized I needed to do the same. I needed to be true to myself, to BE me. My practice is a reflection of my becoming. It exists because I listened to my family, clients, students, friendships, colleagues, humanity, and all relationships. And while listening, I have been able to honor myself.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I recently reflected on challenges and effortless flow. I view challenges as an opportunity to expand and be exposed to pathways that would otherwise not be available to me. If I did not experience challenges, I would be stagnant and not grow. Because of the challenges, I have been able to build an abundant Akashic Records community, practice, and business. All of these challenges lie within me, my hidden biases, judgments, wounds, faulty programming, limiting beliefs, and all the ways in which I have not or did not recognize the value of myself, another person, situation, or place. As I internally reflected, I was able to see what I could address within myself so my external reality reflected the inner world of peace I was creating.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
In my business, I am a community educator whose teachings invite the embodiment and expression of interconnectedness, relationality, and reciprocity through the lens of the Akashic Records, Decoloniality, and Empirical Evidence.
Ervin László eloquently said, “Mystics and sages have long maintained that there exists an interconnecting cosmic field at the roots of reality that conserves and conveys information, a field known as the Akashic Record. Recent discoveries in vacuum physics show that this Akashic Field is real and has its equivalent in science’s zero-point field that underlies space itself. This field consists of a subtle sea of fluctuating energies from which all things arise: atoms and galaxies, stars and planets, living beings, and even consciousness. This zero-point Akashic Field is the constant and enduring memory of the universe. It holds the record of all that has happened on Earth and in the cosmos and relates it to all that is yet to happen.”
Through my curriculum, Personal Pathways, students are supported in their ability to create a personal pathway to access the Akashic Records and the Source of Your Consciousness. Each person has a unique relationship to the energy of Akasha, their guiding forces, and how they use their innate gifts to receive the information, so there isn’t one prescriptive method. Everyone is entitled to the opportunity to discover how to access expansive consciousness through their own pathway.
A Personal Pathway is a conscious invocation connecting the source of a human being to the source energy of the Akasha and beyond. A Pathway will support you in aligning your soul-self and human-self and bring clarity to everything you desire to know and experience in this lifetime and beyond.
I have brought the lens of Decoloniality to my work. “Decoloniality refers to the logic, metaphysics, ontology, and matrix of power created by the massive processes and aftermath of colonization and settler-colonialism. This matrix and its lasting effects and structures are called “coloniality.” More plainly said, decoloniality is a way for us to re-learn the knowledge that has been pushed aside, forgotten, buried, or discredited by the forces of modernity, settler-colonialism, and racial capitalism. Decoloniality is a method and paradigm of restoration and reparation that depends on context, historical conditions, and geography. Therefore, as a method, it aspires to restore, elevate, renew, rediscover, acknowledge and validate the multiplicity of lives, live-experiences, culture, and knowledge of indigenous people, people of color and colonized people as well as to decenter hetero/cis-normativity, gender hierarchies, and racial privilege. We understand that producing knowledge and living it is not separate. We seek to learn and make visible the connections between knowledge, social practices, and social action.” ― William & Mary, a premier public research university.
Additionally, I’ve also included a lens of Empirical Evidence. The validity that is based on results of observation and experimentation. “Empirical validation is often the basis for theory validation – the validation of the theory relative to the simuland (the real-world system). Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I am an open book. The people I am in relationships with around my work know that about me. But, there is something new and special that has come into my life recently. I met an amazing life partner and we are beginning to co-create our lives together. I have used my Akashic Records practice to support me in becoming more myself and to express that unabashedly. The Records are my guiding companions in embodying and experiencing the most expansive life. I had a felt sense of my partner in the Records however not in totality but in essence. Every detail, disposition, and characteristic I felt is now embodied in this man who I will spend the rest of my life with. It’s unbelievable to me that I experienced him viscerally before I met him. As our relationship develops, I have no doubts about the life we are building together. I suppose that’s the thing about the Records. When you know, you just know and there is no doubt about it.
