Today we’d like to introduce you to Octavia Morgan.
Hi Octavia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
OCTAVIA MORGAN Los Angeles started as a passion 4-5 years ago, I started to develop fragrance sensitivity to mass-produced fragrance, I became frustrated with clean or natural fragrances in the market place they were single noted, flat, or smelled like essential oils. My passion led me to create a unique fragrance line that was clean, complex, and bold. This is how Octavia Morgan Los Angeles™ was born.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was a learning curve, I was Registered Nurse, not technical trained perfumer. I knew what I wanted to create but I had to find the right ingredients or materials to convey the scent story I had created for each fragrance profile, this process was expensive, challenging, and time-consuming.

Drawing on the power of nature, we source, curate, and create our products for a one-of-a-kind sensory experience. From unisex Eau de parfums to luxurious home sprays to handcrafted soy candles, all of our products are vegan-friendly, clean, and cruelty-free.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
I learned to stay calm under pressure and pivot, during COVID – 19 Crisis the supply chain disruption was insane, supplies back ordered for 2 months and receiving only half of your supplies, I could on and on.
