Hi Eugeniia, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am Eugeniia Gul, and my mission is to empower women to discover their true selves, achieve personal and professional success, and enjoy life to the fullest. I do this through a variety of avenues, including coaching, authorship, and facilitation work. I have authored two works, the GUL Planner and Lovebook, which are designed to assist women in expressing their genuine selves and achieving personal and professional growth. The GUL Planner is available at the Last Bookstore and online, while Lovebook can be found at Barnes and Noble, and Amazon.
I have transformed my books into an in-person 12-step self-discovery course called “BLOOM and GROW.” The course is specifically designed to assist women in achieving mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. The program consists of seven in-person group workshops, each lasting three hours, conducted in DTLA once a week for two months. The program includes writing, individual and paired work, homework, and work with metaphorical associative cards, providing participants with a comprehensive and immersive self-discovery experience. During these workshops, participants have the opportunity to connect with others, reflect on their personal growth, and follow the 12-step program outlined in the GUL Planner and LOVEBOOK. If someone is interested in a personalized 1:1 BLOOM&GROW course, it can be tailored to their specific needs.
In addition to my coaching work, I am also a facilitator of the Transformational Money Game. Every Sunday at 5 PM – 8 PM in the heart of DTLA, we gather for a group session that takes participants on a journey of self-discovery and financial empowerment. By using metaphorical associative cards, we explore potential needs, wants, desires, and inner conflicts to uncover any limiting beliefs around money and transform them into positive actions.
As well as my coaching and facilitation work, I offer business advice and training for female entrepreneurs and startups.
I conduct a mastermind group for female entrepreneurs, which is a fantastic opportunity for women to connect with like-minded business owners and share knowledge, insights, and strategies for success. By creating a supportive and collaborative environment, I empower female entrepreneurs to grow their businesses, expand their networks, and thrive in their industry.
The meetings take place once a month, on the last Saturday of the month, in DTLA, allowing participants to commit to a regular schedule that fosters long-term growth. The donation-based structure ensures that the mastermind group is accessible to all entrepreneurs, regardless of their financial situation. It is open to women who are in the beginning stages of their journey as well as those who already have well-established businesses but are looking for fresh ideas and a support group.
Participating in the mastermind group offers female entrepreneurs the opportunity to benefit from hearing different perspectives and ideas, receiving feedback on their business strategies, and building a strong support network. This group is an excellent opportunity to learn from other successful entrepreneurs and gain the knowledge and inspiration necessary to achieve their business goals.
In addition to coaching, empowering women, and helping them achieve their personal vs. career goals, I also enjoy interviewing people on the red carpet to explore the art of success. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and experience, and I love pursuing what truly makes my heart sing. I am passionate about helping women discover their authentic selves and reach their fullest potential. I am also enthusiastic about interviewing people and exploring all that life has to offer. I strongly believe that everyone should be able to enjoy life and pursue happiness by doing things that you genuinely love.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My path to success has been a challenging one, full of struggles and mistakes. I have faced self-limiting mindsets that held me back, and it was only after discovering my hidden mental blocks that I was able to break free and grow. For years, I battled with anxiety, self-hate, and a false belief that I was unlovable. But through my journey of self-discovery, I learned that these voices in my head were not true and had no reason to limit me. I committed myself to personal development by reading books on self-help, personal leadership, philosophy, and spirituality. I also took numerous courses and private life & business coaching sessions, and I continue to nourish my mind and soul every day with the teachings of world-renowned experts. Additionally, I practice yoga, use Young Living essential oils, and take breathing classes with my guru @anna_horton_breathing to help me stay centered and grounded.
Through this process, I have evolved into a more authentic, harmonious, and wise person than I once was. I know that self-development and exploration are never-ending processes. As a result of my experiences, I created the GUL Planner, LOVEBOOK, and my authorship course for women, “BLOOM&GROW,” which incorporate the knowledge and wisdom I gained.
I have invested a lot of time and money in my self-development, but I believe that it was worth it because it led me to my life’s purpose. In 2019, I became a qualified coach and now share my wisdom with others. While my journey is ongoing, I hope that my experience can inspire and motivate others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery.
Remember, no book, seminar, or guru can guarantee personal fulfillment – it’s in your hands and your responsibility. But I assure you that the journey to discover your true self is the most exciting journey of your life.

The objective of EGUL Coaching is to motivate and encourage women through the provision of diverse resources such as the GUL Planner, LOVEBOOK, customized coaching sessions, group coaching, informative and empowering events. These resources are designed to foster self-exploration, empowerment, and the development of resilience in women.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I am filled with immense gratitude for all the people who have played a part in my journey and supported me throughout my endeavors. First and foremost is my husband Daniel who plays a huge role in my success, whose belief in me and encouragement has been a driving force behind my success. Without his support, I may not have had the courage to pursue my dreams and bring them to fruition. Without his input and desire to help me overcome my mental blocks, I would never book my first 1:1 session with my beloved psychotherapist and coach, who walked alongside me every step of the way and helping me navigate life’s challenges since 2015. Her guidance and support have been instrumental in shaping the person I am today, and my struggles led me to the opportunity of establishing a coaching career. I am also grateful for my mentors and dear friends, Lilly, Sonia Maslovskaya, Anna Horton, and Clara Berta, who have each contributed their unique talents and expertise to my life. I am forever grateful for the countless hours of guidance, support, and encouragement they have provided me.
