Hi Ashley, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
30 years old, Mother of three children. I am the owner and founder of Skinni Bean LLC and proud to be a women-owned business! I wear all the hats of the company, from coming up with products to the production. I created the design of the packaging, the branding, social media marketing. I’m the one and only creator of one of Skinni Bean’s coffee and tea formulas.
It all started during the lockdown of 2020. I struggled with my weight after giving birth to my 3rd child. When she was three months old, the World took an unprecedented halt and I was absolutely terrified. I was struggling with my weight and my mental health.
Health, diet and exercise became more important than ever for the months to come for not only myself but the whole World. I first found out about the Keto diet and using a bulletproof coffee blend to help shed extras pounds and I was fascinated. It worked great for me but I noticed the brand I was drinking was causing stomach issues and found it to have tons of artificial ingredients and fillers…
The idea came to me that I could create my own all-natural bulletproof coffee which basically means you use MCT oil, Grassfed Butter & Coconut with your coffee. Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
If you’re just starting off with your business, my words of advice would be to put your heart into your passion and don’t let anything get you down. It’s not always easy, and you learn new things everyday. With every challenge you conquer and every success you make you grow and gain strength.
