Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Jarrell.
Hi Michael, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was raised in a brutally abusive home and around drugs and criminal activity. I, of course, took this path myself and became a career criminal and drug addict and eventually landed in prison at 40. After years of struggles and suffering from CPTSD, I decided to transform my life and did alot of self-healing and work. I had everything going great, and my brother committed suicide, and I lost two friends to heroin overdose I found the good in those situations and realized I had a message to share. So I became a certified master coach a published author and a speaker. I also have been an artist all my life and use it as therapy and my guitar as well. Now I use my experience to help bring others to recovery and new happier, fulfilling lives.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a hard road, and there are all kinds of ups and downs and uncertainties; however, I choose how to react and approach every challenge so that I learn and grow in a positive light.

I specialize in teaching people to change how they view the negativity in their life and use it to empower themselves. I am proud of just being able to give back but also that I have written and published two books this year.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Don’t give up. In order to achieve your dreams, failure cannot be in your vocabulary.
