Check Out Breyanni Vaughn’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Breyanni Vaughn.

Breyanni, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I originally started off making game boards out of poster boards, which stemmed from a game night with friends.

Shortly after that, someone had reached out and asked if I could make them one too. I posted on my Instagram that if anyone wanted me to make them one to reach out, I got 40 orders overnight. From then, I decided to take it a step further and make it into an actual board game, which is what my company is now… a gaming company for the culture!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were a lot of struggles along the way, but the main one for me was trying to find the right person to be able to make my ideas come to life. Going through different companies etc. to get the product that you actually want can be a fiasco. Especially being that I had to learn what and who I needed as I went.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I do a little of everything. From being a full-time employee to being a full-time mom, creative and a serial entrepreneur it gets crazy. I’m most proud of my ability to think outside the box, this field is limitless. I also feel like that’s what sets me apart from others…

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I’m from the bay area which isn’t too far from LA, but I LOVE LA! The thing I love most are the opportunities that you have access to and also all the palm trees. Lol.
