Hi Anthony, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was pretty much surrounded by music from a very young age. You can say everything fell into place as I moved forward in my life. As I got older, I began recording passion projects with friends and eventually grew out of that and started making money. I’ve gained experience in both live music and recording session platforms.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I can’t say it’s been perfect. I’m constantly evolving and changing according to what I think works at the moment. Money is always the main focal point. I’ve been fortunate and blessed to make music a lively hood. Just like any self-employed business, there’s always going to be some obstacles. But I’ve always found my way over or around those hurdles.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a music producer that produces music for film and modern music productions. I also perform for Artists and bands as a pianist. In addition to my work, I run a piano workshop where I mentor students on the art of piano. And everything in between. As a Latino, salsa music was always a main factor in my life. As a professional, I have to embrace other genres and create something for my clients.
I work on a lot of bespoke projects and working closely with film directors and producers until it’s all perfect — I believe is what sets me apart. Having a good customer service attitude and done accordingly— is how we succeed in business.
