We recently had the chance to connect with Tiffany Pegula and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Tiffany, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Going on walks around the neighborhood has brought me so much joy
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Tiffany Pegula. I’m an entrepreneur, mentor, and mom of two beautiful daughters. I also serve as the Volunteer Engagement Leader at Better Angels LA, a nonprofit devoted to helping end homelessness through compassion and community connection. My work blends everything I love most, from building confidence behind the chair to creating opportunities for people to give back. What makes my journey special is the heart behind it. I’ve built a life around service, creativity, and purpose, and I’m so proud to be part of work that reminds people they matter and that together, we can make a difference.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Traveling the world truly shaped how I see life and people. Experiencing different cultures in places like Japan, Costa Rica, Peru, and London opened my eyes to how beautifully diverse yet deeply connected we all are. Each trip taught me something new about gratitude, perspective, and compassion. It reminded me that kindness, love, and community look the same no matter where you go. Those experiences continue to guide how I show up in my work and in my everyday life.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self that where you start does not define where you’ll go. You come from strength, and your story will inspire others one day. Keep believing, keep showing up, and trust that everything you’re working toward will unfold in its own time.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, the public version of me is very much who I am. I’ve always believed in showing up as my full self, whether it’s through my work, my relationships, or the ways I serve my community. I love connecting people and creating opportunities to help others, which is what led me to my role at the nonprofit. Fostering babies and later adopting my two daughters has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Everything I do, from business to family to philanthropy, flows together. I have learned that when you lead with love and authenticity, your worlds naturally blend into something meaningful.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I had ten years left, I would stop caring what others think. Life is too short to hold back out of fear or judgment. We only get one life, and it’s meant to be lived fully and honestly. I would focus on doing everything my heart desires, spending time with the people I love, and creating memories that matter.
