Moises, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are all about alignment, momentum, and execution. I start early — no distractions, just focus. Before anything else, I take my shilajit and sea moss for that clean energy boost, then I meditate for a few minutes to get centered and clear my mind. That balance between discipline and peace sets the tone for everything that follows.

Once I’m dialed in, it’s black coffee, a quick workout or stretch, and then I shift straight into strategy. I review my goals, visualize the next milestones for SMART LLC, and go through what matters most — team updates, CRM dashboards, new opportunities, and key deals in motion. I like to start my mornings leading, not reacting.

Those first 90 minutes are my foundation — mind, body, and business. It’s where I align purpose with performance and build the momentum that carries through the rest of the day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Moises G. Madrid, founder and CEO of SMART LLC, co-owner of MGM Partners, and a social media influencer focused on business, lifestyle, and motivation. I’ve always been passionate about creating systems that make life more efficient — helping people and companies scale smarter, not harder.

I began with MGM Partners, which specializes in healthcare operations and consulting, but my main focus now is expanding SMART LLC, a fast-growing network of brands built around innovation, automation, and performance. SMART operates several DBAs, including SMART Medical Billing, which helps treatment centers increase collections while reducing costs, and another branch that focuses on marketing for debt solutions, finance programs, and mortgage options. Together, they create a unified ecosystem that bridges healthcare, finance, and technology.

What makes SMART unique is its structure — every division supports the others through automation, AI integration, and transparent performance-based systems. We don’t just build companies; we build infrastructures that evolve and sustain themselves.

Beyond business, I use my platform to share insights on entrepreneurship, personal growth, and smart living — showing that success is built from focus, authenticity, and consistency.

I’m currently developing an AI-powered rep-training platform and SMART mobile app that give clients and reps real-time visibility into performance, commissions, and collections. My mission is to merge technology with opportunity — helping people earn more, grow faster, and live smarter.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was when I realized I could create something out of nothing. I remember being young and figuring out how to make things happen — whether it was finding a way to make money, organizing people around an idea, or just turning vision into action. That feeling of taking control and seeing results stuck with me.

It wasn’t about money or attention back then — it was about realizing I had the power to build. Over time, that same energy turned into business, brand, and leadership. That’s what led to SMART — turning ideas into systems that work, and helping others do the same. That first moment of self-belief became the foundation for everything I’ve built since.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering taught me patience, perspective, and purpose — three things success alone can’t give you. When everything’s going right, you move fast. When life hits hard, you’re forced to slow down and look within. That’s when you find out who you really are.

Pain taught me how to lead with empathy, how to move smarter, and how to trust the process even when I can’t see the outcome. Success can feed your confidence, but struggle builds your character.

The hardest moments taught me to value peace over hype, focus over noise, and consistency over comfort. Without those lessons, SMART LLC wouldn’t exist — because everything I build now comes from that balance of resilience and vision.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would say what really matters to me is loyalty, growth, and purpose — and they’re not wrong. I’m a Scorpio, so when I care about something or someone, I’m all in. I move with depth and intention, not surface-level energy.

They’d tell you I value genuine people, progress, and peace — I’m big on loyalty and keeping my circle solid. I don’t chase validation; I chase elevation. Whether it’s building SMART LLC, expanding new ventures, or working on myself, everything I do has meaning behind it.

At the end of the day, I’m about real connections, consistent progress, and leaving an impact that lasts — that’s the Scorpio in me, loyal to the vision and relentless about the outcome.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Definitely. There’ve been times I hit goals I thought would change everything — money, recognition, deals — and when I got them, it didn’t feel the way I expected. That’s when I realized satisfaction doesn’t come from the achievement itself; it comes from alignment.

I’ve learned that what really fulfills me isn’t just the win — it’s the why behind it. If the purpose isn’t there, even success can feel empty. That’s why I focus now on building things that have impact, not just profit.

For me, success without meaning is just noise. Real fulfillment comes from growth, connection, and knowing that what I’m building actually helps people move forward — that’s the part that lasts.
