Sarah Espinosa of West Hollywood on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Sarah Espinosa and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
Motherhood

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sarah Espinosa, a dreamer who crossed continents over 15 years ago, from Europe to Los Angeles, to chase creativity in all its forms. My journey has been a dance between movement, art, fashion, and self-expression. I’ve worn many hats – dancer, choreographer, artistic developer, and fine-line tattoo artist – but my most meaningful and empowering title is single MOM. Every chapter has been about creating, growing and inspiring through creativity, strength and Love.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
When I brought life into the world, I understood the pure magic and strength of the human body. Women don’t just nurture – We create, build and shape existence from the very beginning. Life can seem challenging through the lens of society, but at its core, we are our own creators, capable of transforming anything through our power and purpose.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Trust your gut – That’s your purpose guiding you.
Stay Focused – So your vision doesn’t get blurred by the unworthy temptations of this world.
Be thankful – Every experience, good or bad, is shaping your character to serve your purpose.
Dream big – because that’s how you manifest.
And above all, always act in Love.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
100 %
Staying true to yourself is the most powerful way to own your identity.
Confidently, Uniquely and Unapologetically.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I follow my gut feelings. Sometimes it’s hard to discern whether it’s your inner voice or just fear. But when a decision brings you immediate peace, you know you’re aligned with yourself and your purpose. That’s always the right call.
And of course, My baby tiny hugs. Always bring me happiness, peace and love.
