Hi Loan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Loan Le, and I grew up in Vietnam, a country renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, rich traditions, and delicious cuisine. I’ll always love where I come from, but moving to the United States in 2012 gave me a new beginning: a chance to grow stronger and create a successful life in this country.

Here in Orange County, California, I found opportunities I never imagined. I built a career from the ground up, became a more confident version of myself, and explored some of the most beautiful places in this country. My hope is that my story inspires others to chase success in their own lives. No matter where you come from, with hard work, a strong mindset, and a positive attitude toward others, you can build a life filled with both happiness and success.

In 2015, driven by hard work, creativity, and a passion for eyelash design, I founded Le Lash Studio. From the beginning, I focused on natural beauty: creating customized eyelash extensions that enhance, not overpower. While many studios specialize in bold, dramatic volume styles, I’ve always believed that natural is best. My goal is to bring happiness and confidence to women who appreciate a timeless, natural look that highlights their own unique beauty.

I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients: designing each set to suit their individual eye shape and features. My approach ensures that every client leaves with lashes that look effortlessly beautiful and perfectly tailored to them.

Beyond creating stunning lashes, I’ve also mentored and trained aspiring lash artists, helping them start successful careers in the beauty industry. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
When I first started Le Lash, I had a few regular clients who loved my work and supported me in my new venture. Besides my experienced skills and strong customer service, I had a dream and a deep passion for creating natural, beautiful lashes for many more women to make them feel confident. That’s how I decided to grow Le Lash studio.

Starting a new business was harder than I ever imagined. I remember those early days clearly: long hours, slow weeks, and moments when I wondered if I had made the right choice. But I kept reminding myself that every successful business starts with small steps and big determination.

To bring in new clients, I decided to use Groupon. It was a way for people to find me, to come in and try lash extensions for the first time. The pay from Groupon appointments was small, but I didn’t mind. What mattered most to me was giving every client my best work and making sure they left happy.

I worked day after day, week after week, often taking as many appointments as possible—early mornings, late evenings, weekends. I barely took breaks, but I loved what I did. Each set of lashes was a chance to make someone feel beautiful, and every happy client meant I was one step closer to my dream.

Slowly, things began to change. Clients started coming back. Then, they brought their friends. Word of mouth became my greatest marketing tool. My work spoke for itself, and people started leaving reviews on Yelp and Google: kind words that still mean so much to me today.

I realized then that success doesn’t come overnight, it’s built one appointment, one conversation, and one happy client at a time. My little studio grew not just because of hard work, but because of connection and care.

Over the years, I’ve built not just a loyal clientele but lasting friendships. Many of my clients have been with me for years, visiting monthly not just for lashes, but for connection, laughter, and shared stories. Some have watched me grow my business; others have shared their own life journeys with me.

When I look back now, I feel nothing but gratitude. Every challenge, every long day, every client who gave me a chance, it all helped me build the foundation for what Le Lash Studio is today.

I’m thankful for each person who has come to see me, trusted me with their lashes, and become part of my story. They’ve helped me grow not only as an artist, but as a person. Together, we’ve built something more than just a business: we’ve built a connection.

Firstly, I am a Lash Artist. From the beginning, I focused on natural beauty: creating customized eyelash extensions that enhance, rather than overpower. I’ve always believed that natural-looking is timeless. My goal is to create lashes that look effortless: soft, balanced, and uniquely tailored to each client’s features.

Every set of lashes I design is customized to highlight a woman’s natural eye shape and personality. I want every client to leave my studio not only looking beautiful but also feeling confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.

For me, it’s not just about lashes: it’s about creating a look that fits your lifestyle and makes you feel comfortable in your own skin. That’s the beauty philosophy behind Le Lash Studio, and it’s what continues to inspire me every single day.

Secondly, outside of my lash work, I am a Travel Writer and Inspiration. I’m passionate about helping others find success and happiness in their own lives. I also love traveling and sharing my adventures with others. After my first few solo road trips, I felt an incredible sense of joy and freedom, something I wanted to share with the world. That’s how my travel blog: tripsinspireyou.com began.

I took my first solo road trip in October 2023, and since then, I’ve completed 16 solo road trips across the United States. My longest journey covered 5,000 miles in 18 days. Within two years, I visited 17 National Parks in the U.S. and 6 more in Canada, driving more than 20,000 miles in total.

Those trips changed me. Each adventure taught me resilience, patience, and self-belief. Every time I returned home, I felt stronger, happier, and more confident. I realized that I could do things I never thought possible on my own, and that realization made me want to encourage other women to do the same. My story began with never driving, and now I have driven many thousands miles across states, countries, exploring beautiful places and visiting national parks. If I can do it, you can too!!

At work, I often share my travel stories with close coworkers and longtime clients. I love seeing their reactions; some instantly curious and excited, others a little nervous but inspired. And nothing makes me happier than when someone tells me they took a trip because of something I shared. When they return home proud and glowing with joy, it reminds me why I started writing in the first place.

That feeling: the impact of inspiring someone to explore, to live more fully: is what drives me to keep writing. My dream is for my stories to reach people all over the world and encourage them to embrace life, chase new experiences, and find their own strength through adventure.

And most importantly, we do what we love and what makes us happy.

I enjoy traveling, capturing moments through photography, and recently, I’ve started learning a new skill: playing the piano. I love it so much! It reminds me that it’s never too late to try something new, to follow your curiosity, and to create beauty in your own way. I hope my story inspires you to do the same, to fill your life with things that make you feel alive, no matter how old you are. Life is a journey of continuous learning and growth.
