Hi Irina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Upgrade Pilates & Bodytherapy, nestled in Orange County, is a women-led boutique Pilates studio committed to fostering a holistic and personalized fitness journey for its patrons. With an intimate setting for small group classes, as well as private and duet sessions, we ensure a tailored experience to meet individual fitness goals. Our unique approach extends beyond traditional Pilates practice to incorporate body sculpting services like Endospheres Therapy massage and Cryoskin fat reduction massage, delivering a holistic wellness solution. Community engagement is at the heart of our ethos; we regularly host local networking events, including Pilates and meditation sessions by the ocean, and inviting gatherings within our serene studio space, encouraging a vibrant community centered around wellness and mindful living.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting our studio just before COVID-19 hit was tough. We had to close for a bit, but our loyal customers stuck with us. They took classes online and came back as soon as they could. This challenging time showed us the strong bond we have with our community and how we can adapt to tough situations together.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We are 2 Co partners. Having both business management and Pilates instructor experience. Pilates is our passion.
