Today we’d like to introduce you to DJ Möscöné.

A DJ turned producer/songwriter, the story behind Möscöné’s new emergence & her hit single Do Not Disturb (feat. Two14). How it started vs. how it’s going: Internationally known as DJ Möscöné of San Francisco, CA – a new leaf is turned as a new story is ready to be shared! For back end, Möscöné gained interest in deejaying in 2015 & has been able to successfully travel the world and spread talent since then. Music production has become a new gemstone for Möscöné, creating fresh new sounds while meshing feelings, there is no looking back! Entering her rookie year in 2020, Möscöné has her pedal to the metal & has adjusted to the thrill! Where most recognize her best, Möscöné has earned stripes & credibility from the following: Trapxart® 3+ year residency – 20+ cities out of immediate area (New York, New Orleans, Chicago, San Diego, Hollywood, etc.) 75+ Different Venue Performances Club BNB 4 year residency: Northern California’s hottest LGBTQ club during its time (now closed) with the likes of Trina, Kash Doll, Milan Christopher, etc. Multiple spins through Dash Radio’s airways five years of performance for the largest gatherings of LGBTQ people in the nation: San Francisco Pride International trips to London/ Toronto & so much more!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No matter what your purpose is, life will always have its challenges. California’s strict guidelines shed new light on Möscöné & allowed her to discover a new side of herself: the music world now welcomes a new producer/ songwriter! Quarantine has challenged Möscöné in many ways just like everyone else. Anxiety, not being able to travel frequently, no DJ gigs, being restrained in her home per lockdown restrictions, not being able to visit family, it just wasn’t for our DJ. Searching for an escape, it was found during the introduction to music production. Gaining inspiration from an entertained idea, Möscöné found suitable ways to tie it all together & cope with our pandemic through her love for music. Now we’re here!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Re-scratching the surface, Möscöné is a California Music Producer/ Songwriter, Club, & International DJ specializing in genres of Hip-Hop and R&B. In this current moment, Möscöné has a hot new single out titled Do Not Disturb with the likes of artist Two14. The first of many to come can be found on all digital platforms. But what really makes Möscöné special? We think the lack of fear, charisma, great persona/ energy, & the many deep-hearted performances is what makes Möscöné so special. She is willing to try just about anything & is constantly searching for growth! It’s the challenges for me: On an anxious night, Do Not Disturb was brought about during Möscöné’s production discovery process. Allowing music to do the talking, she & artist Two14 claimed composing rights while Möscöné produced in her element. She is most proud of her works & the storyline behind it! Everyone has that love story that goes completely sour. Do Not Disturb describes the modern day breakup where a back-and-forth emotional battle is born.
