Rising Stars: Meet Arminda Foster

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arminda Foster.

Arminda Foster

Hi Arminda, so excited to have you on the platform. So, before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
Coming from the Navajo Nation was the best experience growing up. I graduated high school and moved to Oceanside, California. I began working and wanted to start college, so I moved to Phoenix, Arizona, and enrolled in the Academy of Radio and Television Broadcasting and Scottsdale Community College. I graduated and wanted more opportunities, so I moved to Chicago, Illinois, and enrolled in college at Illinois Center for Broadcasting. I graduated and began working for NBC Towers in Chicago and Dine’ Productions in the Navajo Nation. My work has brought me to Los Angeles, California, and my obsession with Real Estate made me get my Real Estate License and join Brad Korb Real Estate Group. I enjoy working with the youth, and I love finding homes for others to enjoy. The best part of my job is helping others. I look forward to my future, and I’m very excited to expand and explore.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to success is definitely not smooth. You can’t pray for rain and get mad when you have to get it out the mud. Struggles along the way I endured were leaving my family, leaving my friends, starting a new life in a huge city. Coming from the Navajo Nation Reservation, we have no water source or running water, we have no electricity, no heat, and no paved roads, so coming from the rez is definitely a struggle, but I love it, and I will always remember my culture and my traditions. I’m very thankful for the path I chose and all the lessons I’m learning, and blessings I’m receiving.

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in Production and Real Estate. I’m known for going the extra mile to make sure you have the best production and you find the perfect place to live or invest in. I’m very proud of the work I’ve done and the families I’ve helped. I feel elders and kids are very important and need extra love and support. Some people only care when they are on the clock, but my help and support is year-round, 365, 24/7. I’m willing to make sure you have everything you need. I’m very organized and love details. It makes me happy to see others enjoying their decisions.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Luck! I have great luck! In life, lucky people are winning. You can be down on your luck one minute, but the next minute, you can be up! So, never give up and never let yesterday determine today. As long as you believe you can do something, you can attract it. If you can visualize it, you can make it reality.
