Today we’d like to introduce you to Zahangir Miah
Hi Zahangir, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I had the pleasure to be interviewed by Voyage LA back in 2018 when I first launched my business but now in 2025 a lot has certainly changed. Back in 2018 I launched with just me as the only practitioner but now we have 2 other full time artists and a fulltime consultant. The scalp micropigmentation landscape has changed a lot over the last 7 years but we are still in the same office building and still busy treating hair loss and transplant scars for patients. Over the course of the last couple years we have built strong recognition with hair transplant surgeons and doctors from various medical practices where they refer us clients.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall it has been a smooth road. We have been in the forefront and pioneers of modern day Scalp Micropigmentation. The market landscape has certainly evolved since 2020 with the evolution of Tik Tok and Instagram and higher market exposure of our services, but SMP has been around since pre 2010’s. Our initial growth has been from clients who have done deep research on forums to word of mouth. Ever since exposure through social media emerged, more clients became familiar and enlightened with Scalp Micropigmentation.

We are a premier provider of Scalp Micropigmentation services. We specialize in Scalp Micropigmentation (natural scalp tattoo) and scar concealment on transplant scars. We are known for having specialized and catered results for each individual and having the most soft and conservative results. We are set apart from others due to our expertise and we are also the forefront of repairing and fixing other poorly done scalp micropigmentation treatments from other inexperienced providers. We are the experts where clients come to us for second opinions and trust us to allow us to fix it and get it to a higher standard which allow the clients to be satisfied and happy.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We have open channels through email, phone and social media. Most of our recent collaborations came off Instagram through major influencers like Larry Wheels and Chef Rush.
