Meet Yoann Dorat of Axia Media

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yoann Dorat. They and their team shared their story with us below:

Yoann Dorat is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and marketing industries. With a career spanning over 14 years, Yoann started his journey at the young age of 18 in the south of France, where he began selling real estate. He then went on to establish Elipsis, a real estate development company, which was involved in the redevelopment of several historic buildings in the region.

In 2014, Yoann decided to move to the USA and settle in Florida, where he established and exited several businesses. His ventures included a real estate brokerage with over 80 agents and a turnkey flipping company responsible for buying, renovating, leasing, and managing over 400 single-family houses in Detroit and Cleveland. Yoann is also one of the founding partners of Gocashoffer, one of the leading investment companies in Palm Beach County, Florida.

In 2023, Yoann started a new venture that has become his primary focus, Axia Media, a digital advertising company that specializes in helping real estate agents and wholesalers grow their businesses with lead generation and conversion processes. Yoann’s achievements and dedication demonstrate his passion for helping other investors reach their goals by sharing his wealth of experience and expertise.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Many struggles, I came to this country without speaking a word of English, I had to figure it out in a very short period of time.

And even though I already had some success in my early carrier in Real estate in France, I quickly realized that Real estate investment is completely different in the US.

I had many ups and down over the last eight years in the US, many successes and many failures, but I pride myself of always getting back up. I’m willing to take risks and try.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Axia Media?
I started Axia Media in early 2023; we are a digital marketing agency that solely focuses on helping Real estate investors build their businesses to seven figures. Our process includes inbound lead generation on Meta, Google, and Microsoft but we also help these entrepreneurs build sustainable processes to convert those leads.

In addition to that, all of our clients get assigned to a success coach and get bi-weekly live coaching sessions with an expert Sales coach.

We also built an entire tech platform with a CRM and AI Automations to help our clients streamline their back office.

My company mission is to help 1000 real estate investors reach seven figures of income.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The one that reaches the highest level of success is not always the smartest or the one born with unique abilities. It’s the one that is willing to overwork anyone else. We live in a very competitive world, and it takes massive efforts to get to the top.

In real estate, it might take six months to get your first deal, but what matters is the habits you create along this journey, the discipline, and the small, consistent actions that compound over time.
