Meet Yeranoui Dzhigneyan of Body & Soul

Today we’d like to introduce you to Yeranoui Dzhigneyan.

Hi Yeranoui, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey into fitness started from a genuine curiosity about how the body works and how movement can impact not just physical health, but confidence and overall quality of life. I studied Kinesiology and spent years working in physical therapy clinics and gyms, where I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people; from those recovering from injuries to individuals simply wanting to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies.

Over time I realized that many people didn’t just need workouts, they needed structure, education, and support that fit into real life. That’s what led me to transition into online training. It allows me to reach people beyond a gym setting and help them build sustainable habits, train intelligently, and feel empowered in their own bodies no matter where they are. Today, my focus is on creating personalized, holistic programs that support both physical and mental well-being, and I truly love the flexibility and deeper connection that online coaching allows.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most journeys, there were a lot of learning curves along the way- especially navigating self-doubt, figuring out how to build something sustainable, and learning to trust my own voice and approach in an industry that can feel very crowded. Transitioning from in-person work to online training also came with challenges, from adapting how I coach to building genuine connection through a screen.

That said, those challenges shaped how I work today. They forced me to slow down, get clear on my values, and create systems that truly support both my clients and myself. Looking back, the struggles were necessary in helping me build something more intentional and aligned.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Body & Soul?
My business is rooted in helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. I specialize in online personal training with a holistic approach; meaning we focus not only on workouts, but also on habits, mindset, recovery, and lifestyle. I work with individuals at different stages of their fitness journey, including those managing busy schedules or returning to exercise after time away.

What sets my brand apart is the emphasis on education and balance. I want my clients to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, not just follow a program. There’s no all-or-nothing mentality or quick fixes. The goal is long-term progress and a healthier relationship with movement and their bodies.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust and consistency I’ve built with my clients. Everything I offer is personalized, supportive, and designed to fit real life. I want readers to know that my services go beyond workout- they’re about creating structure, confidence, and habits that last, even outside of a gym setting.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I’m big on using tools that support consistency and growth, both personally and professionally. I rely on training and scheduling apps to stay organized and keep my clients accountable, and I’m a big believer in habit-tracking and planning tools to create structure.

In terms of learning and inspiration, I enjoy books and podcasts that focus on mindset, behavior change, and personal development rather than quick fixes. Anything that encourages balance, self-awareness, and long-term growth really resonates with me and helps shape how I show up for my work and my life.
