Today we’d like to introduce you to Winston Webb
Hi Winston, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I originally started when a good friend of mine asked me to mount her tv for her. I believe we were either in our junior or senior year of undergrad. We were both home for the summer and I had came by to mount her tv on a random week day. Later on she then posted me on instagram and basically shouted me out and from there somebody else had inquired about a tv mount for their home.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I say the road has been smooth for the most part. I’ve always been working with my hands for about 10-12 years now. I’ve always worked under my dad who is a Licensed General Contractor by trade. I always did plenty of interior and exterior home repairs, such as electrical, concrete, floors, paint, etc… Tv mounting just happened to be one of the smaller jobs I was able to take on when not working under him.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business offers express services. We have a parent company which is known as Atlas Design & Construction. While we on the other hand are able to offer small interior home repairs and services such as ceiling fan install, plumbing, electrical, security cameras, paint, lighting, and furniture assembly plus Move-Ins.
I’m known for repairs and remodels, whether it be commercial or residential.
I think what separates me from others is my experience from such a young age, from age 12-13 to now currently 26. My customer service and attention to detail I feel is what also makes a huge difference. I ensure that my client feels comfortable and not left out during the whole process of the work they have me come out and complete. I allow them to ask questions and I know for a fact I’ll have an answer/resolution for them due to the fact I’ve been shadowing a licensed contractor since age 12/13.
I’m most proud of the fact that I contract with well over 15 different property management companies in Los Angeles, and 3 in the Orange County area. I’d say that’s big step in the right direction.
I want readers to know that if they call my company number and have a repair or an issue that needs to get solved within their home or even an idea possibly; we can get it done without a doubt, we have a big team which allows us to tackle many jobs and still remain efficient!
What matters most to you? Why?
The happiness of the client anytime we’re able to bring their idea to life or help resolve their issue within the home or even just a small task they may have us come out to complete.
