Meet Valeria Chelius Saldana of Integrity Marketing Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Valeria Chelius Saldana

Hi Valeria, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story begins in Mexico, born and raised in Veracruz, at the age of 20 I came to the United States with my parents in Texas, as everyone got a job just to earn dollars and spend them, while I finished my university the UNAM, my first job in this country was A super heavy and very poorly paid job, I quickly realized that that was not the life I wanted, because inside me I knew that there was something much bigger, that my purpose was different and that I was not going to achieve it there.

The next thing I did was apply to the University of California, UCLA, the school of my dreams and to be honest I was afraid that they would tell me yes, I did the process and it was accepted, I didn’t think twice and the next day I bought the flight, because it was that time or never, the classes had not yet started but I had the urge to discover my new life.

I arrived alone in Los Angeles, with just a few dollars in my wallet but with a suitcase full of dreams, and the beginning was hard because I didn’t have credit, language, recommendations, money, nothing.

It’s been 1 year since my arrival to account again that I didn’t want that minimum salary life, to live from check to check, without aspirations and without opportunities surrounded by more people in the same situation than me.

I was still studying Corporate Finance and Financial strategies at UCLA when one of my teachers told me

“Valeria, your analysis cases are really good, you should apply to get a Harvard Certificate”

In my mind it was crazy, how a 22-year-old girl, who still didn’t know the language well, was going to go to Harvard?, I thought about it a lot and said NO, I won’t, but it was my fear talking, and one night I said you know what to do it right now, it was 1am and I was filling out my application, I sent it that same night and after a few days I received the confirmation.

And while all this was happening I was developing my dream of doing social media, of being an opinion leader, being the inspiration of many women, telling them that it is possible, that it is possible.

I am currently developing a financial position, I am an opinion leader and I discovered that my purpose goes beyond money, my purpose is to guide, inspire and serve my people.

Who is Valeria, beyond the professional?
Beyond the professional, I’m the biggest and commitment dreamer, i love to laugh, im always in movement because I’m so restless, that’s the reason why I love dance, I love animals especially pitbull, an other passion that I have is baking deserts, and finally i really enjoy my house, is my peace space.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been easy, and I have a list of things that were an obstacle.

At the begging:
The language, the money, the credit, the contacts, everything

Currently:
Every obstacle that appears in my way I consider it a blessing, because only in adversity is where we grow, it is where we learn.

Intergrity Marketing Group as a financial consultant and my personal brand Valeria Saldana

——- Please tell us more about your business or organization. What should we know?
Integrity marketing group is an insuretech company, where I do financial services, marketing and insurance.

And in my personal brand I do podcast, social media content, and I have some amazing mentorship projects for the future, I’m working on that.

What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
My specialize is inspire people, to help them to reach their goals and dreams, and my biggest passion, social media content.

What sets you apart from others?
That I am very direct when talking, I don’t have a filter to say things and I’m the type of person who will tell the truth, it hurts or not.

I love the spiritual world but I am very aware of the material reality.

What are you most proud brand wise?
I’m so proud about my message and my transparency with my people.
Change lives becomes my passion, inspiring and guiding others is a hug to my soul, it’s the reason why I’m here.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
For me, success is waking up every day doing what i want to do, waking up every day feeling full, at peace and happy.
