Meet Sean Farahmand of Farahmand Development Inc.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Farahmand.

Hi Sean, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started my business over thirty years ago, but I’ve been in the construction business even longer than that. During my first year in the industry, I worked as a project manager managing two shopping centers for a large company. After I completed those two projects and got my contractor license, I started my own company, Farahmand Development Inc.

My educational background in mechanical engineering and involvement in designing and building large ships was an invaluable start for me as someone going into a complicated industry.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As I noted earlier, the construction industry is complicated, so it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. There have been many obstacles and challenges. However, time and experience help you anticipate obstacles better and learn how to deal with everything a project can throw your way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Farahmand Development Inc. is my construction business, which I began over thirty years ago and has since grown into one of the largest construction companies on the west side of Los Angeles, especially in Beverly Hills. We have won various awards for our work and state-of-the-art projects. What sets us apart is our incredible relationship with our clients and how we truly go above and beyond to make their dreams a reality. We offer construction, house remodeling services, and planning and architecture.
