Meet Natalie Tate of Home Care Services Santa Clarita

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Tate.

Natalie , can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Case Manager, Concierge for Home Care Services Santa Clarita at the age of 52 my story follows as an individual who has thrived and worked in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas for years, growing up as a teenager working in medical offices (Valencia Pediatrics), pharmacy/medical equipment, (Valencia Pharmacy/Saugus Drugs, now currently PPG Pharmacy Group), research & surgery microscope sales (Max Erb Instrument Co & Edge Scientific Instrument Corporation) and as always a people person.

In addition, I am an accomplished fine artist and a licensed Manicurist, as well continuing my college degree currently in communications, I graduated High School in 83’ and it was easier to make money then to continue in college. I have had many accomplished mentors in my life and worked with a few philanthropists, ask me about my personal stories and I have had many wonder filled experiences.

Proud mother of two teenage sons ages 16 ½ & 13 ½, PTA crazy lady with support of the elementary schools for years and volunteer advocate for many different groups.

Currently, I am a Case Manager and Concierge for our company which is non-franchised, Non-Medical Home Care, providing solutions for Seniors in their homes and their families helping to keeping people comfortable in their own homes or helping them get into Living Assistance locations.

Our Company started in June of 2014 and I joined Mr. Rick Ferrante in Nov. of 2014 since that point we are a thriving company with many caregivers and clients and help many people in the SCV, SFV and AV areas.

I help provide information and solutions for Dementia and am an Alzheimer’s Facilitator for the SCV we direct people for support and connect them with outside sources for aging seniors. I offer support and assessments keeping seniors safe in their homes and knowledge and information for families caring for their seniors or loved ones.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My old bosses Jan Balthasar RPh, Rick Mays Of Mays Medical sold to Abbey Home Health, Ron Erb son of Max Erb, Mr. Shig Katayama owner Kataman Metals ATAK Corporation UHI & Unimat & Dr. Gary Greenberg creator of High Definition 3D Imaging a Biologist and Ted Talk speaker they are among a few of the most amazing people I have been mentored by including Dr. Loraine Stern of Valencia Pediatrics without the mentoring and encouragement of these wonderful teachers in my life a college degree would have done me personally no service, but at the age of 45 after being a PTA stay at home mom for my sons it was apparent without a degree in my field it would be difficult for me to get back into a career. (Something when your told 56 times and make it through multiple interviews “Your overqualified, you were overpaid, you do not have a disciplined degree and you have not basically been employed fulltime, we are sorry, but we had to offer the position to someone with a designated degree in the field.” LOL this even though I have sold millions of dollars of ____________ fill in the blank and have helped many people, Dr.’s and Universities all over the world.)
