Mindy Raslevich

Hi Mindy, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have worked in digital marketing since graduating from my undergrad in 2006. Through the last almost 19 years I have had the unique opportunity to work with brands that cover a very large array from food centric brands like SnackNation to the grand days of group buying sites like Groupon and Zulily. My focus over all these years regardless of the brand has been based in performance based digital marketing.
Personally I have four beautiful children, I am a wife to USMC Veteran.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As a woman I found the digital marketing a very heavily male dominated industry. As I have grown in this industry the challenges that are faced specifically by woman and mothers continue to be a component of day to day. The road has not been smooth, there have been personal challenges like moving across the country several times, growing family, as well as companies I have given everything to that ultimately were sold and closed.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I specialize in digital performance marketing. It is a true passion to be able to learn about brands and their driving force and find the right users to help them continue to their goals. It is an art find find the right brands and audiences.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Positive outlook and communication is the most important lesson. You never know what the other person has taken on as part of their day/life and part of my personality is bringing a positive outlook and engagement regardless of the circumstances.
