Hi Kateryna, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my business to help beauty professionals from other countries work legally in the United States. When I moved here, I saw how many talented masters couldn’t start their careers because of complicated licensing requirements and language barriers.

That’s how my consulting service was born. I help beauty professionals get their licenses based on their experience and education without unnecessary stress, language struggles, or wasted time.

Today, I work with clients from all over the U.S., guiding them through every step: from document evaluation and translation to submitting applications and getting licensed. My mission is simple to make the process clear and achievable for every immigrant who wants to continue their beauty career legally and confidently.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course not every business comes with its challenges. When I started, the biggest struggle was understanding the licensing process in each state. Every Board has its own rules, and many of them don’t make the process easy for people with foreign education or limited English.

Another challenge was building trust. Many of my clients had bad experiences before they spent money on schools or agents who didn’t deliver results. I had to prove that my approach is different: transparent, professional, and truly focused on helping them get licensed.

Now, looking back, I’m grateful for those challenges. They helped me create a service that’s not just about paperwork it’s about giving people confidence, hope, and a real path to legal work in the U.S.

I run a consulting agency that helps beauty professionals from other countries start their careers legally and confidently in the United States. My work goes far beyond just getting a license I build a full system that allows my clients to work, earn, and pay taxes from the very beginning of their journey in the U.S.

I help with professional and business licensing, salon permits, document translation and preparation, and I personally guide clients through every application step. My clients don’t have to deal with complicated paperwork or confusing regulations I take care of everything so they can focus on their craft and growth.
