Meet Jay Bradley of Breathe On It in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jay Bradley.

Jay, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As a chronically sick kid who also dealt with depression, I was hell bent to feel better! Even when I was sick and tired, something deep down told me that I deserved to feel good.

As I worked on my physical body through exercise and diet, I also began to expand emotionally and spiritually from a young age with the help of various books and self-help teachers.

My work has varied over the years from personal trainer, Reiki Master, and Hynotist to a Health and Wellness Coach. But my true passion uncovered itself about three years ago when I attended a small Breathwork class.

From that moment, everything changed! I experienced the most profound healing of my life and I knew that if I could feel this, others could too.

From there, I practiced Breathwork daily for months and then studied with some of the top teachers in Los Angeles.

Everything that I had done up until this point directed me here. I now share Breathwork healing in groups and private formats throughout the USA and CANADA and it continues to be my own regular spiritual practice at home.

I always loved the feeling of helping people to feel inspired and transformed, and nothing works as powerfully and quickly as a regular Breathwork practice! I know, I’ve tried it all. 😉

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like everyone’s experience, I have felt many struggles. The main struggles that I’ve experienced were depression, fatigue, and a feeling of being lost and in search of a deeper meaning.

Everything changed rapidly once I discovered my passion for Breathwork. Not only did it re-wire my brain and help me to feel better emotionally and spiritually, it also brought a deep sense of meaning to my day to day work life.

Now my focus is “how can I serve?” which feels amazing!

Please tell us about Breathe On It.
My company is called Breathe On It. I work full time as a Breathwork teacher and healer working both in group and private, one on one settings. I also teach other healers how to incorporate Breathwork into their healing business with a teacher training.

I incorporate the Hawaiian healing and forgiveness practice called Ho’Oponopono. Combining this with Breathwork along with Reiki and Hypnosis have become powerful tools to help people to move through even the biggest of internal obstacles.

I am also the creator of Chakra Balms™ which are hand-blended balms, especially customized to help open and balance the seven main energy points within the body. Each Balm contains at least 100 drops of pure, essential oil blend and are 99% organic.

My goal is always to help people let go of what no longer serves them. Things like heavy, negative emotion, stress, addiction, shame, lack of self-love and acceptance, unforgiveness of self and others, along with many other common challenges can be released for good.

I definitely walk the walk. I have been through very difficult times in my life and have come out the other side so I know first hand, that change IS possible! I work from personal experience and do my best to always come from a place of love and compassion for others suffering.

I am most proud of the fact that I get to help people to transform their life each and every day!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
As a child, I enjoyed taking walks with my family during autumn. Something about wearing a warm sweater, breathing crisp air, enjoying the colorful trees, and the crunching of leaves under my feet brings me comfort.
