Today we’d like to introduce you to Irina Lexandra Berchik.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Irina. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
We, founders of Spa ViolaSole, Irina Lexandra Berchik and Kathryn Serviss are master estheticians and working owners with over 40 years of experience between us. We opened our spa with one goal in mind – to get away from cookie-cutter, conveyor style spa chains that dominate beauty market now and provide strictly individualized approach to skin care for each and every client. We are sick of the generic word “glow” that every spa tries to lure clients with and instead offer realistic, technology- and expertise driven treatments that provide real results that don’t last just for a day while pampering our client with little “spa” touches. We opened in 2013 with only 150 loyal clients that joined us at our new venture and now our database boasts almost 2000 patrons. We genuinely care for the well-being of our customers and constantly striving to improve our skills, products and technologies used.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
We are lucky because our clients see that we truly care and return to us. New business is always a struggle because of over saturation of the market and discounted offer websites and alike, but we don’t offer a quick fix but rather a lifetime of care and guidance.

Spa ViolaSole – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a small privately owned boutique spa, woman-owned, no investors, financed everything with our own money, and one of us is actually an immigrant.

We specialize in technologically advanced, expertise driven facials and premium waxing services. We are known for creating a fully customized approach to clients needs. We are very proud of the quality of everything we do, and our “no-attitude’ attitude.
