Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely wasn’t a smooth road. When I first started Twism Travel, building a solid client base was tough—I had to hustle, rely on word-of-mouth, and prove myself with every ride. As the business grew, managing the fleet and keeping service top-notch was a challenge, but my commitment to quality and building real relationships helped me push through.
