Today we’d like to introduce you to Danny Juare.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Danny. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I began my photo career as most do with a fascination with capturing images. The ability to freeze a moment in time has always intrigued me. As my skill progressed, I learned how to mold the frame to capture what I envisioned in my mind. I like to say that I “capture what the light is giving me” and this holds true to most of my photographic work.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My biggest struggle has been, time. Only being able to commit part-time to growing my business has really handcuffed me into what I want to do. I am slowly investing more time into myself and expanding my services.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Danny Juare Photography – what should we know?
I am a photographer. I specialize in fashion, lifestyle, and wedding photography. I am most proud of being able to take a concept from a client and “developing” it into a full-fledged product. Whether it be a rock n roll band with an idea for the image they want to portray to a blushing bride who knows what kind of elegance they want to be captured. I take their ideas and translate them into something tangible that goes beyond their expectations.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I draw inspiration from many sources, however, one photographer I look to as my biggest influence is Herb Ritts. I truly enjoy his work. My biggest critic is myself. I often see my work that others enjoy and know I can do better. I constantly push myself to achieve perfection while knowing that I will never get there.
