Meet Danah S. Hayes of Women of Evolution, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danah S. Hayes.

Hi Danah S., so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
This journey started for me after being a victim of rape at the age of 13. This journey was one in which I had to hide my true identity to protect the reputation of my family’s tradition. The woman you see today is a direct result of me doing the work to overcome trauma and heal the wounds that kept me in bondage. Now let’s be clear, this journey was not an overnight success or a 90-day process, it’s been years in the making. I was committed to releasing the pain, as I noticed it was the primary reason why I was stuck! So, I had to make a decision: remain in my pain or move into my purpose. Into my true, authentic self. Into that girl I knew before I was violated.

So doing the work for me came with being honest, doing mirror exercises, releasing the pain, acknowledging the hurt and the root of it, and then knowing that I deserve better. I gave myself permission to live, love, and laugh. I forgave my attackers for my vindication. I loved that little girl, within, just a bit more, by giving her everything I never received from others. I heard her voice, and for the first time, I gave her a voice to tell her story. Listen, the freedom!!!!! At the age of 43, I remembered. I found myself saying out loud I was raped. And what a profound moment it was to say to myself, out loud and looking back, and saying, it was not my fault. This moment changed the trajectory and set me forward on my path to healing.

And now, after feeling and living the life I manifested, I have devoted myself through my bestselling book, Silently Speaking, which serves as an extension of that work. It’s both a journal and a roadmap for healing; a reminder that your pain can become your purpose and that your story matters. I wrote it not just to share my story, but to give women permission to face their own stories and know they’re not alone.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Let me be honest, the road has been anything but smooth. There were seasons where I felt invisible in my own life, where fear whispered louder than faith, and the weight of it all made me question everything. I wasn’t just building a business; I was rebuilding myself. Learning how to hold space for others while finally making space for the parts of me that had long been silenced. That’s what makes this work sacred. Every lesson, every stretch, and every breakthrough helped shape the woman I am today.

When I embarked upon my journey, I was met with confusion and uncertainty. Finances were low! Did I say low? I was operating two businesses that never evolved, and to top it off, I lacked the knowledge to run one successfully. I battled fear of judgment, the ‘what ifs’ of potential failure, and the constant chatter of my insecurities telling me I couldn’t do it.

But despite it all, I knew my lack of knowledge could not stop me. I was determined to make it work this time. I refused to be the reason I didn’t succeed. I had a road paved with personal challenges, triumphs, fears, and a deep desire to share my story in a way that helps others heal and evolve. That’s the part we miss because we forget that the transformation happening within is the foundation for everything we create outside.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Women of Evolution, LLC?
I am Danah Hayes, a certified self-discovery and transformational coach, best-selling author, and inspirational speaker. My journey into the coaching and speaking industry began in January 2022 when I took a leap of faith and started Women of Evolution, a heart-centered coaching and speaking business created to serve as a safe space and vessel for transformation. This work was born from my own path of healing, self-discovery, and liberation. I spent years unraveling the weight of generational trauma, shedding limiting beliefs, and confronting the silence that held me back. I learned that real change begins with understanding who you are not, so you can discover who you truly are.

That truth is at the core of everything I offer. Women of Evolution helps women heal from past trauma and adversity so they can show up in the world the way they were always meant to. We offer one-on-one coaching, group sessions through my signature DWC3 Method, and inspiring speaking engagements designed to activate purpose and clarity. My approach is holistic and transformational, blending mindset coaching, accountability, and self-awareness with compassion, spiritual depth, and a deep respect for every client’s lived experience.
I created Women of Evolution for the woman who feels stuck, unseen, or uncertain. For the woman who knows she’s meant for more but doesn’t know where to begin. As someone who is passionate about working with women from all walks of life, and as someone who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how important it is to have spaces where we are seen and heard. Healing and transformation are personal journeys, and everyone deserves a safe space to evolve into the fullest version of themselves.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the real, lasting change I see in the women I coach. Watching clients reclaim their voices, honor their truth, and walk into rooms knowing who they are; that is the success that fuels me.

At Women of Evolution, we don’t just focus on healing; we focus on becoming. What sets this brand apart is the sacred invitation to go deep, to get honest, clear, and intentional. To take accountability, embrace your voice, and stop living beneath your potential. My coaching challenges women to do the inner work and equips them with the tools to stay the course.

What’s next?
The future of Women of Evolution continues to unfold in alignment with my mission: to guide women into healing, truth, and transformation. I’m currently working on the next Women of Evolution experience, Unveiled, Unbound, Unbroken, an event I will bring to life on October 25 in Dallas, Texas. The intention behind it is clear: to create a sacred space for women to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner power, and rise into who they’re meant to be. If this experience is calling you, I invite you to visit www.danahhayes.com and submit a request through the get in touch form to receive more details and updates. I’d love to hold space for you there.

Beyond that, my focus remains on deepening the impact of my coaching work, creating meaningful partnerships, and continuing to use my voice through speaking and writing to uplift and activate others. Every step I take is guided by the desire to help women evolve, not just heal. To help them remember who they were before the world told them who to be.

More than anything, this work isn’t about rushing to what’s next. It’s about honoring the journey, listening inward, and showing up for what’s real. If something in these words has stirred something in you, that’s not a coincidence. Trust that pull. I believe that when the time is right, the next chapter will write itself — and when it does, it’ll be powerful.
