Hi Clara, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
From a young age, my heart was captivated by houses. The intricate dance of architecture and design fascinated me deeply. However, as I reached the crossroads of choosing a college path, something was amiss. Pure architecture didn’t quite encompass the dynamic energy and business acumen I was drawn to. So, I made the decision to pivot towards marketing, seeking a realm infused with action and commerce.

My journey took me from my roots to the dazzling landscape of Los Angeles. Little did I know that destiny had prepared the perfect profession for me here: Real Estate. The melding of my two passions, architecture and business, felt like a symphony of purpose. Although I anticipated a steep uphill climb entering the industry, the moment I immersed myself in the studies, everything clicked. The journey seemed to unfold effortlessly, each piece falling seamlessly into place.

While I’m still a rookie in this vast world of Real Estate, the happiness I’ve found professionally is unparalleled. It’s as though I’ve stumbled upon my true calling and life’s mission. The path ahead is long and full of challenges, but I’ve been fortunate to find unwavering support and guidance from the Equity Union Team. With their backing, I’m armed with confidence and a readiness to conquer this game.

Looking forward, I see a horizon full of opportunities waiting to be explored. As I continue to learn, grow, and evolve in this industry that combines my passions in such a fulfilling way, I’m reminded that the journey is just as important as the destination.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely, my passion for this endeavor has been a driving force that makes every step worthwhile. The sheer joy I derive from the journey overshadows any challenges that come my way. Undoubtedly, stepping into this arena is no small feat, given the initial hurdles and the investment of time and money required. Yet, in retrospect, embracing this path has undoubtedly been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.

With a rich personal touch rooted in my Spanish origins, I bring a unique flavor to my approach. This background not only supports me but also enriches my interactions, allowing me to forge deeper connections in the world of business. It’s this perspective that enables me to swiftly identify my client’s needs, like a natural instinct, and absorb the intricacies of the industry with remarkable ease. Facing seasoned veterans doesn’t intimidate me; instead, I see it as an opportunity to learn and thrive. My presence here is defined by my commitment to making a distinctive impact and paving the way for positive change.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
The timeless advice that has guided me consistently is: “Wherever you are, do as much as you can with the tools you have available.” This philosophy encapsulates my essence perfectly. I have a knack for seizing every opportunity that comes my way and maximizing its potential. I thrive by extracting the utmost value from every minute and resource at my disposal, allowing me to navigate any situation with determination and resourcefulness.
