Today we’d like to introduce you to Brad Silberman.
Hi Brad, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I actually began my journey studying engineering and mathematics, structured, logical paths, until everything changed. I experienced what I now call my discovery—a traumatic brain injury that left me clinically dead and ultimately forced me to relearn how to walk, talk, and breathe. That experience cracked me open and revealed my true purpose, to help others heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Through that process, I discovered the gift I had been given: my hands. I began using them to bring relief, release, and reconnection to others, which eventually led people to start calling me The Pain Whisperer. From there, I expanded into intuitive massage, holistic coaching, and trauma-informed care, helping people access deep healing through bodywork and energy alignment.
Before moving to the U.S., I authored Be The Bubble, a memoir of resilience and recovery, and began sharing my story through talks and courses to inspire others on their healing journeys, highlighting how we, as humans, can face life with positive mindsets.
After moving to the U.S., I transitioned into mental health and health tech, leading business development for wellness and care delivery solutions serving employers and health systems.
Professionally, I started in South Africa building wellness-focused businesses and later scaled a physical and digital health platform that served over 250,000 people annually. We focused on improving metabolic health and inspiring better behavior through personalized wellness programs, combining fitness, nutrition, mental resilience, and accessible care models.
Today, I align my energy with my mission daily, whether working with individuals, corporate teams, or care organizations. My journey is proof that pain can lead to purpose, and healing is not only possible, it’s needed, required, and powerful.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing worth doing is ever easy. Smooth roads are boring! I’ve come to see challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth. I truly believe that struggles aren’t happening to us, they’re happening for us. Acknowledging them and approaching them with mindfulness has allowed me to expand, evolve, and continuously push the boundaries of what I thought was possible. Every setback has carried a lesson, and every detour has shaped the purpose-driven path I walk today.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My brand, Bradley Dean, is rooted in personal and workplace wellness, with a focus on healing through intuitive massage, mindfulness, and energy alignment. I specialize in helping individuals, employees, and employers boost performance, reduce stress, and reconnect with purpose—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
What sets my work apart is the deeply personalized, intuitive approach I bring to every session. I integrate modalities like massage therapy, breathwork, coaching, and trauma-informed support to help people release stored tension and reconnect with themselves. Over the years, I’ve also expanded into keynote speaking and wellness-based courses to reach broader audiences with tools for resilience, recovery, and performance.
I’ve become known as The Pain Whisperer because I help people identify and release pain at the root—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Whether I’m working with high-performing executives, corporate teams, or individuals on a healing journey, I create experiences that spark transformation and lasting well-being.
In workplace settings, I apply data-informed metrics to uncover root pain points within employee populations. These insights allow me to customize wellness strategies and solutions that align with company goals, reduce burnout, and measurably improve employee performance and engagement. By addressing the physical, mental, and emotional stressors impacting teams, my approach also helps reduce absenteeism and saves employers substantial costs related to lost productivity, turnover, and healthcare spend.
What I’m most proud of is my resilience. I came back from being clinically dead, from relearning how to walk, talk, and breathe—to now living a full, purpose-driven life with a beautiful wife and children. That journey fuels my work every single day. I know what it means to rebuild from the ground up. And I carry that knowing into every client interaction, because I don’t just believe healing is possible, I’ve lived it. My journey from pain to purpose fuels everything I do, and I’m committed to helping others do the same, both personally and professionally.
