Today we’d like to introduce you to Allan DallaTorre.

Hi Allan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been drawn to the world of design and events—it’s something that felt natural to me from the beginning. Over the years, what started as a passion evolved into a career. I began by getting hands-on experience in a variety of environments, gradually honing my skills and building meaningful relationships within the industry. Each step brought new opportunities and challenges that helped shape the business.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t always been smooth—challenges are part of the journey. Learning to pivot and becoming a master juggler has been essential. Whether it was navigating unexpected industry shifts or growing pains as we scaled the business, staying adaptable has been key. What keeps us moving forward is the commitment to improving our craft every day and continuing to pave our own way, no matter the obstacles.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
We specialize in creating immersive lighting and design experiences for events, with a strong foundation in sustainability and branding. While lighting is our medium, what we really offer are strategic, custom-tailored solutions (audio, drapery and decor) that transform spaces and bring our clients’ visions to life! Our roots in the interior design & TV/film industry give us a unique edge—we understand how to blend storytelling, technology, and emotion to elevate an experience.

What truly sets us apart is the combination of our seasoned technical crew, creative innovation, and the trust we’ve built with our clients. We’re especially proud of being a selected member of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission’s Business Connect; The program identifies talented and experienced entrepreneurs capable of providing goods and services for major events such as 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship, the 2023 GRAMMY Awards. Future opportunities include NBA All-Star 2026, the 2026 U.S. Women’s Open, FIFA World Cup 2026™, Super Bowl LXI, and the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
